​11:30  – Opening remarks by Czech Ambassador Marie Chatardová and Ukrainian Ambassador Valerii Zaluzhnyi 

12:00  "Сatalyst for change: How propaganda influences global consciousness and how cinema and media can fight it"

Panelists:

  • Valerii Zaluzhnyi – Ukraine Ambassador to the UK, former Chief Military Commander of Ukraine.

  • Ksenia Bugrimova - Ukrainian producer and director, founder IFFWW and Talented U,  NGO chair Ukrainian female film and media Industry.

  • Sarah McCarthy - documentary director whose films have premiered at A list festivals including Telluride, Toronto International Film Festival and DOC NYC, known for the documentary After the Rain: Putin's Stolen Children, which sheds light on the harrowing issue of Ukrainian children abducted by russia.

  • Rita Burkovska – Ukrainian actress and medical soldier in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

  • Valeria Voschevska - Ukrainian digital communications expert and author of numerous international creative social campaigns, working with leading NGOs, and currently serves as the managing editor of united24media.com and director of the Ukraine Solidarity Project in London.

13:20 – "Gender-Based Issues in Conflict Environments"

Panelists:

  • Nicole Ansari-Cox - British actress and producer known for her work in film, television, and theater, as well as for her involvement in various humanitarian efforts.

  • Shabnam Nasimi – Afghan-British human rights advocate and activist.

  • Olena Andreicheva - an Oscar and BAFTA-winning Producer and Filmmaker known for Learning to Skateboard in a War-zone (If You're a Girl).

  • Marketa Kutilova –  Czech journalist and reporter, recognized for her work in conflict zones and her reporting on issues related to human rights, global conflicts, and the impact of war on civilians.

  • Victoria Emslie - launcher of global business called Primetime, that helps the Entertainment Industry find and hire more inclusively, with community in 75+ countries, members include multi-BAFTA, Emmy and Academy Award Winners and Nominees.

14:40 "War Trauma: Healing Through Art and Film"

Panelists:

  • Waad Al-Kateab – Syrian journalist and filmmaker, known for her documentary For Sama, which highlights the impact of war on women and children.

  • Fadi Alhalabi - Syrian cinematographer, who has covered the complex social and political divisions sparking violence in Syria since 2012.

  • Nicole Ansari-Cox - British actress and producer known for her work in film, television, and theater, as well as for her involvement in various humanitarian efforts.

  • Alzbeta Kovandova-Bartonickova – Czech documentary filmmaker and researcher, known for her work on films that explore social issues and people's relationships with places. She has made a feature documentary Another Summer about Afghan and Ukrainian refugees in Europe. 

  • Professor Walter Busuttil – Military Consultant Psychiatrist and Director of Research and Training at Combat Stress, a UK charity providing mental health services to veterans.
